Where to Watch Fireworks

What is better than fireworks on the 4th of July? Watching them from a boat, of course!

Since our birthday falls on a Tuesday, there are a few opportunities to watch fireworks around town.

Here are a few suggestions for boating with a bang!

Saturday, July 1st:

Lake Winnepesaukah will have fireworks starting promptly at 10pm, and can be seen from the park or the lake.

Monday, July 3rd:

Chattanooga Pops on the River will feature the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera Orchestra as well as a fireworks show on July 3rd. Music will begin at 5pm, fireworks to begin at 9:45pm. Fireworks will be shot over the Tennessee Aquarium and can be viewed by boat anywhere along the Riverfront by the Aquarium and Walnut Street Bridge.

Downtown Chattanooga Fireworks can be viewed from the Riverfront by Market St Bridge.

Collegedale Concert events starting at 5:00pm

Tuesday, July 4th:

Chattanooga Lookouts fireworks can be viewed from the Tennessee River

Lake Winnepesaukah will have fireworks starting promptly at 10pm, and can be seen from the park or the lake.

And the Chattanooga Lookouts are having Fireworks Fridays again this year. Fireworks will be shot off after every home game this season!
